Senior HR + People leaders at companies with 250-5,000+ employees. CHROs, Chief People Officers, VPs of HR, Heads of People, and Directors with strategic scope.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER HR CONFERENCES?
Safe Space Summit is an application-based retreat that's capped at 200 people. Everyone in the room has been vetted. There's no expo hall, no panels that should have been a LinkedIn post. It's a retreat built for candor, relationships, and the conversations that don't happen at typical events. 
HOW MANY MEETINGS WILL I HAVE TO TAKE?
To qualify for the hosted buyer program, we ask that you engage in 6 sponsor engagements. Four of these must be meetings, and the other 2 can be private dinners or additional meetings.
